What are the essential active ingredients in a good facial cleanser for men's skin?

We selected the active ingredients for the Active cleansing gel always keeping in mind the effect we needed on the skin: gentle exfoliation, regulation of excessive sebum production, prevention of clogged pores, and hydration at the same time.
